Ravi Takhar has over 25 years’ experience in the acquisition, financing and growth of financial businesses. Ravi co-founded the business and has led the growth of the UK business to its current size. Ravi has 20 years continuous experience in lending businesses. His first involvement was as an investment banker and Head of Financial Services investment at Nikko, the Japanese investment bank. He qualified as a banking solicitor at Clifford Chance, a leading international law firm, and has an MA from the University of Oxford.

Emmia Stratford has been with Bexhill UK since 2004. She is Head of Operations and Credit across our different product lines. Emmia leads our operational team based in Luton. With over 10 years’ experience, where Emmia is responsible for day to day operations of the business, systems, compliance and credit. She knows the business inside out and was made a Director of the Group in 2015.

Juan Ortiz started with Bexhill UK in April 2014 and brings a wealth of financial experience from Lloyds Banking Group, Metro Bank and has also worked as an adjudicator for the Financial Ombudsman. Juan is key to developing both our In-House business and Direct Business lines. Juan is creative and innovative and has utilised these skills to advance our marketing. He is in the process of bringing Bexhill UK up-to-date in the social media space whilst also developing our branding.

Ms Tatiana Korenkova has been with Bexhill UK since 2007, and is our Head of Finance. She is responsible for the day to day financial operations including loans and repayments, cash-flow management, system reconciliation and audits. Tanya has a very strong understanding of the FCA and BACS, having completed various courses in the subjects, and was made a Director at Bexhill UK in 2015.
