Dear Customer, for a temporary period only, if you have funded your services or fees through Bexhill UK and you are experiencing or expect to experience payment difficulties in making your payments due to a loss or reduction in your income due to Covid-19 please contact us to see how we can help and whether we can offer you a payment deferral.

Please rest assured that if you do miss a payment due to a loss or reduction in your income due to Covid-19, we will not register any adverse credit information against you for the missed payment and we will not charge any default fees for the missed payment.

Please note that if you are unable to make your payments, your debt will still be outstanding to Bexhill UK. Please also note that as you have entered a short-term credit agreement with Bexhill UK, missing payments may not always be in your best interests as this may increase your future payments to Bexhill UK. Please also note that, as this is not in Bexhill UK's control, any missed payments may impact the provision of the services that were funded for you by Bexhill UK and therefore again it may not always be in your best interests to miss the payments.

We would recommend you also speak to your service provider if you are experiencing payment difficulties due to a loss or reduction in your income due to Covid-19.
